We had to get up at an earlier time than we had liked to. But lucky we did. The drive from the Chateau to Antibes was long but pretty good because it didn't feel it.
I sat at the front of the bus and Gina joined in and it was great to get a few tips off her...because she's Mexican. We just sang and I learnt a bit about Spanish and Mexican culture.
Once we arrived in Antibes we just had under and hour to get ourself ready for Monaco. Before we left though we had a French champagne punch and frog legs. I tried it okay. Only to say I tried it. But they were covered in butter and garlic so all I had was one bite and that's it. Even that was enough to give me garlic breath.
We hit Monaco and Flash was explaining how filthy rich it is, that they make the roads sparkle. And they did. We first walked up to the palace then had dinner which was fantastic. Finally a pizza.
Straight after we went to the casino. Unfortunately you can't take pictures of it from inside which is a shame because it's really beautiful within it. But we got a lot of photos with cars outside. Now I'm not the gambling type and I don't know how to so I just watched. Which was still awesome.
Once we got back to the accommodation a few of us had drinks and if it wasn't for getting up early have stayed up later but a 6am wake up was required for our next destination of Italy.
